What to Expect from your Appliance Wellness Program

On top load machines, clean agitator and tub ring and on some top loaders the washer will be opened up and top of tub cleaned. Run a clean cycle when applicable.

● Dryer Vent Duct - remove lint with brushes from the interior of the house to the end cap. Clean out dryer vent duct in the wall and take pictures. ***Note we clean from inside up the vent duct to the roof cap. As we are not insured, nor have the equipment to get on your roof, If it is required to get on the roof to clean lint out of the roof cap, we would outsource that to a company that is licensed and insured to do that. Typically this is an extra $200.

● In addition we will inspect all connections, operations, balance and more; diagnosing any minor issues (some issues may incur a return trip with a qualified service technician) while ensuring your laundry machines are operating efficiently and correctly.

Doc Danielson ARAC will do everything possible to prevent this, however an additional trip with appropriate charges may be necessary. This service is provided every 6 months as part of the original cost.

For dryer vent duct cleaning, price does not include cleaning out the end cap on the side of the house or on the roof if a ladder is needed to reach the end cap.

If a monthly payment plan is selected, you may cancel prior to Doc Danielson ARAC performing the maintenance, however there will be no refund for payments already made. Once the maintenance is performed, then the client will be obligated to pay the full amount owed for the year whether on a monthly or upfront payment and will be required to sign an AGREEMENT TO EXTEND INVOICE PAYMENT TERMS prior to Doc Danielson ARAC performing the maintenance. Waived labor for repair does not include installation of new or used equipment.
